Community Growth and Amazing Feedback
When I decided to create our SiteSellExperts online community forum and message boards, I could never have predicated the tremendous response! My dream was to create a place where we could interact and share our experiences and contribute to each other. The truth is that our community forum has far exceeded my expectations and has become a tremendous asset for all of us as a learning center.

Hi Michael, and thanks for your kind words (I know you'll be reading this newsletter so I thought I'd write my response to you here for everyone to see) The work you've done on http://www.talk-rates.com/ just blows me away. I've seen my share of good SBI sites and had the pleasure of working and helping SBI clients who have applied the proven elements of the SBI process and system - but you've outdone yourself -- Congratulations! You really are the perfect example of what someone can achieve when they follow the simple rules of the SBI process and system. Sure it's hard work -- sure it takes dedication -- but you know what -- it can be done - you did it! -- and you've inspired me to create a new section in my newsletter and in our SSE community forum. I'm going to create our own 'Wall of Honor' where we are going to post examples of those who 'GET IT' and 'HAVE DONE IT' so that there examples can provide inspiration to those who are just starting or those who are having a difficult time. Michael, thanks for being the inspiration for me to get this put in place for next month!

You understand the core value of working together rather then against each other. That is the key in any business. There will be times where you won't understand something or you will feel overwhelmed and that is ok. You can always count on the www.sitesellexpert.com community because we are ALL in the exact same boat as you and will do our best to pass on our learnings. My parents always told me "Judd, if you give a little you will get a little" and that is what I now teach my 5 year old son named Justin. He sure is growing up fast!
Neat little story to share with you below.....
Justin just started pre-kindergarden (boy oh boy :-) and let me tell you that it is absolutely amazing to see how a 5 year old catches on to certain things, they are like sponges. He asked me the following: "Dad, how come you work at home all the time and other of my friends Daddy's and Mommy's have to drive to work everyday?" I smiled and said "Because, that's what the Mommy's and Daddy's chose for themselves."
Life is all about choices folks. It's really up to you. You make choices that affect your well being whether it is eating healthy, exercising or being financial free from the comfort of your own home. I made my choice two years ago when I decided to leave the asphalt paving business and start online. I have reached the $20,000 per month level now and guess what? If I can do it, you can do it. It's all up to you.
I really want to share one more email that I received from a gentleman name Mark Hansen. He called the SBI advisor line to find out if SBI was right for him. I answered the phone and chatted with Mark for a while explaining how SBI can work for him. He was a complete newbie and had NO web building experience in the past. Now take a look at what he has to say.......
I really wanted to share a recent email that I received from Mark Hansen. I spoke to Mark before he bought SBI and he was what you call a "COMPLETE newbie"....

I am writing this message so as to give those of you who read this a shot of encouragement. I know I have searched through many newsletters from SBI and talked with Judd so I could have hope for success.
At different times I have searched on the internet to look for something I could do to make a living. Most of what is out there are just plain scams - or not helpful information. Last January I lost my job and once again started to look on the internet for some answers. After searching for a few months (and quite frankly I prayed a lot), I came across the SBI site. As I read the info about 51% of SBI sites are in the top 6% in the net, I felt a hope within. Ken's message came across to me as honest and sincere. I called Judd Burdon about a couple of questions, and then decided to have faith and jump in.
HERE IS THE KEY POINT OF MY SUCCESS!! - I chose to just BELIEVE IN THE "ACTION GUIDE"!!! I had zero experience with html code or making internet sites. I decide from the beginning that if others could do it - SO COULD I. This is not a solicited endorsement. I simply wanted to give you all out there hope for success. As of 9-2-04, my site www.car-video-systems.net is #1 on Yahoo!, Altavista, and Fast. It has yet to be spidered by Google, but I feel very confident it will do well there also. I finished my site around the middle of July and was quite anxious for it to have success. I waited and worried how it would do. I just needed to have faith that because I followed the action guide very exactly, it would in time do well. I also followed "analyze it" very exactly for each page as I built my site. Why? Because I didn't know any better not to. My wife makes wonderful bread in our home. She does it every time because she has a proven recipe. Not surprisingly - every time she makes the bread it comes out wonderful.
I plan to make more SBI sites in the future - and not surprisingly, I will simply follow exactly the same proven recipe each time as I have now. Why? because I don't know how to do it any better ;-) - so once again I'll trust SBI's action guide.
I truly wish the best for all of you who may read this - and thanks to Ken and Judd for their help.
I wish everyone could understand this. The ones who do run with SBI, like you have - will absolutely succeed! For people who don't, they just go back to their everyday 9 to 5 or continue making other people rich, and that may be what they want to do and that's ok. It's all a choice.

Remember -- People are not looking for you -- they search for information, and for solutions to their needs -- Give them what they want by converting your knowledge into high-quality, in-demand CONTENT.
Build your pages based upon profitable keywords in regards to traffic. 99% of people fail online because they build their site based upon something they THINK will work -- wrong answer! -- SBI allows you to brainstorm your theme/site concept to come up with the PERFECT set of keywords that you will build your content based upon.
You will build content filled pages based upon the keywords that the SBI Manager helps you find -- remember, make sure that you are using high demand and low supply keywords. When you are done building the page you will click on the SBI Analyze It! button to be sure that the page is fully optimized and that it ranks high at the Search Engines. It will tell you exactly what changes to make to the page and where to include the keyword.
It will tell you if your keywords are listed enough throughout the page and if they are not it will tell you the number of more times that they need to be added... In the scenario that your keywords are listed too much throughout the page, it will tell you the number of times that the keywords need to be removed so that your page does not look spammish or intrusive to the search engines. Incredible and easy optimization in just minutes :-)
Remember - it's all about the Buying process -- you develop trust and confidence ("PREsell") by OVER delivering relevant, original, high-value information/content to these motivated pre-customers. *Adding audio to your emails or to your web site is just another step closer to gaining that trust and confidence that will later get your warm targeted traffic to convert PRESELL --> http://instantaudio.com/specialinfo.asp?x=4132
A great example of preselling is my www.teatreewonders.com. You will notice that the site is informational based and nowhere do I try to hard sell any of my visitors. Instead I provide high value content related to what the person searched for and then I allow them to contact me by phone or through the "Contact Judd Burdon" form at the bottom of every single www.teatreewonders.com page. This allows people to have a NO PRESSURE type feeling. There are NO "buy now" buttons on the site (I already tried that and the results were not as good as present ;-).
I met a really nice guy last year on the SBI advisor line. He called in and had a few questions before buying SBI (As you know I run the advisor/user line at SBI). I did my absolute best to answer his questions and provide him with valuable advice so he could get off to a rolling start. His name is Dave Dutton. He is our most active community poster at www.sitesellexpert.com - by far - and really does his absolute best to answer questions and contribute to our community. He has built out a couple of SBI sites now that are doing quite well. I really like his straightforward simple site at www.car-video-system-guide.com
Dave, recently approached me. He thanked me for the advice when he first bought SBI, for the newsletters, for the community and for the time contributions and efforts that I have made to make this whole community grow. He then asked me to speak on a Tele-Seminar that he is holding on the 7th as he felt that there were many SBI users that could benefit from my advice, input, concepts and experience, since I have built successful businesses online -- not only with one site, but four and all unrelated.
